基于数据挖掘的刮痧疗法治疗高血压病循经选穴规律分析

摘要 目的:运用数据挖掘技术,分析刮痧疗法治疗高血压病的循经和选穴规律。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Database)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、PubMed,从建库至2022年1月31日刮痧治疗高血压病的全部随机对照试验文献,筛选文献并提取处方,采用Microsoft Excel 2016、SPSS 23.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0、Cytoscape 3.9.1软件统计高频腧穴、经脉、穴位归经并进行腧穴关联规则分析、聚类分析、核心处方分析。结果:共纳入33篇文献,涉及腧穴91个,共使用384频次,核心处方为百会(90.91%)、风池(81.82%)、太冲(63.64%)、曲池(51.52%)、太阳(51.52%)和足三里(48.48%),经脉选择以足太阳膀胱经、督脉、足厥阴肝经、足少阳胆经和足少阴肾经为主。结论:刮痧疗法治疗高血压的循经选穴体现了中医整体观念和辨证论治思想,通过数据挖掘分析刮痧治疗高血压病的循经、选穴配伍规律具有可行性,结果可供临床实践和研究参考。 Objective:To use data mining technology to analyze the regularity of meridian and acupoint selection in the treatment of hypertension with scraping therapy.Methods:From the establishment of the database to January 31,2022,all randomized controlled trials of scraping therapy for hypertension were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,SinoMed and PubMed.Literature was screened and prescriptions were extracted.Microsoft Excel 2016,SPSS 23.0,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and Cytascape 3.9.1 software were used to count high-frequency acupoints,meridians,acupoint meridians,and conduct acupoint association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and core prescription analysis.Results:A total of 33 articles were included and 91 acupoints were used 384 times.The core prescriptions were Baihui(90.91%),Fengchi(81.82%),Taichong(63.64%),Quchi(51.52%),Taiyang(51.52%)and Zusanli(48.48%).The main meridians were the bladder channel of the foot sun,the Du channel,the liver channel of the foot jueyin,the gallbladder channel of the foot shaoyang and the kidney channel of the foot shaoyin.Conclusion:The selection of acupoints along the meridian in the treatment of hypertension by scraping therapy reflects the overall concept of TCM and the thought of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.It is feasible to analyze the compatibility of acupoints along the meridian in the treatment of hypertension by scraping therapy through data mining,and the results can provide reference for clinical practice and research.
