Summary of the best evidence for exercise intervention to prevent falls in patients with stroke

目的:检索并总结运动干预对脑卒中病人跌倒影响的相关证据。方法:计算机检索指南网站、专业协会网站、各循证资源及文献数据库中有关运动干预预防脑卒中病人跌倒相关内容的指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价,检索时间为2016年1月—2022年6月,由相应的文献评价工具评价文献质量及判定证据级别。结果:纳入11篇文献,包括2篇指南,2篇共识,7篇系统评价,共15条证据。结论:总结归纳的预防脑卒中病人跌倒的运动干预相关证据能为医疗保健专业人员依据我国卒中病人自身特征、需求及运动学习能力等制定个性化的跌倒预防运动策略提供循证证据。

Objective:To search and summarize the relevant evidence on the impact of exercise intervention on falls in patients with stroke.Methods:The related guidelines,evidence summary,expert consensus,and systematic review about exercise intervention for fall prevention in patients with stroke were retrieved by computer from the guide website,professional association website,evidence-based resources and literature databases.The retrieval time was from January 2016 to June 2022.The quality of literature was evaluated and the level of evidence was determined on the basis of corresponding literature evaluation tools.Results:Eleven articles were enrolled,including 2 guidelines,2 consensus,7 systematic reviews.Finally,a total of 15 pieces of evidence were extracted and summarized.Conclusions:The relevant evidence of exercise intervention for fall prevention in patients with stroke is summarized.It can provide evidence-based evidence for healthcare professionals to formulate personalized fall prevention exercise strategies according to the characteristics,needs and exercise learning ability of stroke patients in China.
