摘要
目的:了解人文管理视角下新护士职业适应能力现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、职业适应能力量表、人文管理感知问卷和新护士转型冲击评价量表对青岛市5所综合医院的757名新护士进行调查。结果:757名新护士职业适应能力总分为(101.19±16.36)分。相关性分析结果显示,新护士职业适应能力与人文管理感知呈正相关(r=0.614,P<0.01)与转型冲击呈负相关(r=-0.527,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,人才管理、自主管理、知识和技能进入回归方程,可解释总变异的47.7%。结论:新护士职业适应能力处于中等偏上水平,人才管理、自主管理及知识和技能是新护士职业适应能力的重要影响因素。医院管理者应通过加强人文管理、注重新护士知识和技能的培训,增强新护士职业适应能力。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of occupational adaptability of new nurses from the perspective of humanistic management,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 757 new nurses in 5 general hospitals in Qingdao were investigated by the general information questionnaire,Occupational Adaptability Scale,Perception of Humanistic Management Questionnaire,and Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale.Results:The total score of occupational adaptability of 757 new nurses was(101.19±16.36).The correlation analysis results showed that the occupational adaptability of new nurses was positively correlated with the perception of humanistic management(r=0.614,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the transformation shock(r=-0.527,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that talent management,self-management,knowledge and skills were selected into the regression equation,which could explain 47.7%of the total variation.Conclusions:The occupational adaptability of new nurses is at the upper medium level.The talent management,self-management,and the knowledge and skills are important influencing factors of the occupational adaptability of new nurses.Hospital managers should enhance the occupational adaptability of new nurses by strengthening humanistic management and focusing on the training of knowledge and skills.
