摘要
阐述阿片类药物相关性便秘(OIC)的发生机制以及耳穴贴压防治便秘的作用机制,综述耳穴贴压防治OIC的研究进展,以期为防治OIC提供参考。
This article introduces the pathogenesis of opioid-induced constipation(OIC)and the mechanism of auricular acupuncture therapy in the prevention and treatment of constipation.It reviews the research progress of auricular acupuncture therapy in the prevention and treatment of OIC,in order to provide the reference for the prevention and treatment of OIC.
