含新能源风电接入的配电网电能质量研究 被引量:2

摘要 风电是目前应用范围广泛的一种新型清洁能源,风电接入配电网的现象越来越普遍。风电具有很强的不确定性和随机性,当配电网含风电接入时,电能质量会受到较大的影响。在分析新能源风电功率特性的基础上,对含新能源风电的配电网电压偏差、电压波动及谐波变化原理进行了理论分析,建立了含风电接入的配电网电能质量计算模型,对风电不同风速启动并网和不同并网方式下的配电网电能质量进行了研究,获得了风电接入后配电网电能质量的受影响规律。文章的研究成果可为风电的接入及配电网电能质量的提高提供有效的理论参考和技术指导。 The wind power is a new clean energy with a wide range of applications,it is more and more common for wind power to be connected to distribution network,but the wind power has strong uncertainty and randomness,when the distribution network contains wind power access,its power quality will be greatly affected.On the basis of analyzing the power characteristics of wind power,the voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation and harmonic of distribution network containing wind power are analyzed,the power quality calculation model of distribution network including new energy and wind power access is established,the power quality of distribution network under different wind speed start-up and different mode of grid connection of wind power is studied,the influence law of power quality of distribution network after wind power is obtained.The research results of this paper can provide effective theoretical reference and technical guidance for the access of wind power and the improvement of power quality of distribution network.
