非同步采样情况下电能计量二次设备远程校验方法

摘要 在传输信息时,电能计量二次设备容易受到外部噪声的影响,导致校验时替换的异常值占据过多的处理进程。针对该问题,设计了非同步采样情况下电能计量二次设备远程校验方法。这个方法采用频点标定二次设备的谐波信号,非同步采样二次设备谐波,设定数值化的先验条件,索引不同稀疏率数值,构建自适应远程追踪算法,消除外部噪声产生的干扰,生成字符串,生成验证参数,设定校验触发数值条件,完成电能计量二次设备远程校验。还搭建了电能计量二次设备校验装置,非同步采样异常数据点。实例测试结果表明,该方法替换异常值所占据的处理进程最小,并未给二次设备的运行带来额外的负载,实际应用效果得到验证。 When the information of electric energy metering secondary equipment is transmitted,it is easy to be affected by external noise,resulting in that the abnormal values are replaced since verification occupies too much processing time.Aiming at this problem,a remote verification method of electric energy metering secondary equipment under the condition of asynchronous sampling is designed.The method is to calibrate frequency point of the harmonic signal by the secondary equipment,asynchronously sample the harmonic of the secondary equipment,set the numerical a priori conditions,index the values of different sparsity rates,build an adaptive remote tracking algorithm,eliminate the interference caused by external noise,generate strings,generate verification parameters,set the verification trigger numerical conditions,and complete the remote verification of the secondary equipment of electric energy metering.The verification device of secondary equipment of electric energy metering is built,and the abnormal data points are sampled asynchronously.The example test results show that this method occupies the least processing process to replace the abnormal values,does not bring additional load to the operation of secondary equipment,and the practical application effect is verified.
