摘要
雷电静电感应、电磁感应等产生的危险浪涌电压会引起电子设备的误动作,造成电子设备失效及永久性损坏。在分析了气体放电管GDT工作原理及特性参数后,提出了气体放电管可以有效保护交流电源系统、直流电源、控制电路及网络通信电路,同时给出了气体放电管在各种电路设计中的典型应用保护电路,给出选择放电管提出选用建议,这些工作可以作为电路设计人员的参考。
Dangerous surge voltage generated by electrostatic induction and electromagnetic induction of lightning may cause the misoperation of electronic equipment,and invalidation and permanent damage of electronic equipment.In this paper,the working principle and characteristic parameters of GDT are analyzed in detail.It is proposed that GDT can effectively protect AC power system,DC power supply,control circuit and network communication circuit.Typical application protection circuits of GDT in various circuit designs are also given.Suggestions for the selection of GDT are also given.It provides reference for circuit designers.
