随着城市智能化水平提高,产生的数据规模越来越大,数据在生产过程中的价值逐渐展现,数据确权与应用成为一个突出问题。NFT技术的出现给数据生产、流通和价值评定创造了新的解决思路。对此提出一种NFT技术在城市政务数据确权场景下的应用实现,利用NFT技术确认唯一性的能力和区块链智能合约能力共同构建政务数据在归属权确认前提下的共享流通。通过NFT在城市政务数据确权场景下的应用,可有效帮助地方政府各个局办建立稳定可靠的数据流通模式,打破数据孤岛,有助于提升数字政府服务能力。

With the increasing of urban intelligence,the scale of data generated is becoming larger and larger,and the value of data in the production process is gradually showing,so the data right confirmation and application become a prominent problem.The emergence of NFT technology has created new solutions for data production,circulation and value evaluation.This paper proposes an application implementation of NFT technology in the scenario of urban government data ownership confirmation,it uses the ability of NFT technology to confirm the uniqueness and the ability of blockchain intelligent contract,to jointly build the sharing and circulation of government data under the premise of ownership confirmation.The application of NFT in the scene of urban government data confirmationcan effectively help local government to establish a stable and reliable data circulation mode,break the data island,and improve the service ability of digital government.
