摘要 在社会日益金融化和数字化背景下,提升大学生的金融能力能帮助他们有效规避金融风险,增进金融福祉,从而促进青年群体的全面发展。从金融社会工作的视角,基于大学生的金融问题、金融能力和金融需求,将在校大学生归纳为贫困大学生、低年级大学生、有发展需求的普通大学生和有创业需求的大学生4类群体,从预防性、补救性、发展性3个维度,提出提升这4类大学生群体金融能力的社会工作干预行动框架,并结合我国已开展的实践案例,分析提升这4类大学生群体金融能力的行动逻辑,进而针对这4类大学生群体的个性化金融需求,探索金融社会工作理论和方法的本土适应性情境。 In the context of an increasingly financialized and digitized society,improving the financial ability of college students can help them avoid financial risks effectively and enhance their financial well-being,thus promoting the au-round development of young people.From the perspective of financial social work,based on their financial problem,financial ability and financial needs,college students are classified into four groups:poor college students,junior college students,ordinary college students with development needs and college students with entrepreneurial needs.Then from the three dimensions of prevention,remedy and development,the research put forward the social work intervention action framework to improve the financial ability of four groups of college students.Combined with the practical cases that have been carried out in our country,this study analyzed the logic of action to improve the financial ability of four groups of college students,and explores the local adaptive situation of theories and methods of financial social work according to the personalized financial needs of four groups of college students.
