供应链视角下互联网医院运营模式研究

Research on Operation Mode of Internet Hospitals:A Supply Chain Perspective

首先指出现有互联网医院运营模式的局限性;然后从医药供应链以及互联网医院创新发展角度,将电子商务与医药供应链相融合,提出新的药品电子商务模式,实现医药供应链扁平化管理;将全新的药品电子商务模式引入到互联网医院运营模式当中,提出由政府主导,互联网企业、实体医疗机构、药品供销商多主体协同运营的新的互联网医院运营模式。最后构建“互联网+医疗+医药”全流程服务链,为医药供应链和互联网医院的发展提供一些参考。

In this paper,we first pointed out the limitations of the current Internet hospital operation mode.Then,from the angle of innovation of the pharmaceutical supply chain and Internet hospital,we integrated e-commerce into the pharmaceutical supply chain,and proposed a new pharmaceutical e-commerce mode to realize flat management of the pharmaceutical supply chain.Next,we introduced this pharmaceutical e-commerce model into the Internet hospital operation mode,and put forward a new Internet hospital operation mode led by the government and coordinated by Internet companies,brick-and-mortar medical institutions,and pharmaceutical suppliers and distributors.Finally,we built the whole-process"Internet+medicare+medicine"service chain to provide some reference for the development of pharmaceutical supply chains and Internet hospitals.
