基于改进TOPSIS的我国区域物流竞争力评价 被引量:2

摘要 为提升区域物流能力评价的有效性,基于CRITIC-熵权法和改进的加权广义马氏距离TOPSIS法,构建了区域物流竞争力评价指标体系及模型,该模型利用距离计算改进的TOPSIS,克服了评价指标体系相关性对评价结果造成的影响。以中国31个省份的相关数据进行实证分析,将评价结果与传统TOPSIS法进行比较,验证了改进TOPSIS法的有效性与稳定性,并基于评价结果对区域物流与经济的协调性进行研究。研究结果表明:中国各区域物流竞争力以沿海地区为首,向内逐渐减弱:沿海地区、华北和华东地区物流竞争力较强,西北和西南地区整体竞争力较弱;区域物流业与经济的耦合协调度整体处于中级协调阶段,区域物流需求能力与区域经济的耦合协调度较低。 In order to improve the effectiveness of regional logistics capability evaluation,based on the CRITIC-entropy weight method and the improved weighted generalized Mahalanobis distance TOPSIS method,we established the evaluation index system and model of regional logistics competitiveness,which uses distance-improved TOPSIS to overcome the influence of correlated evaluation indexes on the evaluation result.Then,we conducted an empirical analysis on the relevant data of 31 provinces,municipalities or autonomous regions in China,and compared the evaluation results with the traditional TOPSIS method to verify the effectiveness and stability of the improved TOPSIS method.Also,based on the evaluation results,we studied the coordination of regional logistics and economy.The result showed that regional logistics competitiveness in China is the strongest in the coastal areas and gradually weakens inland.Coastal areas,North China and East China have stronger logistics competitiveness,while Northwest and southwest China have weaker overall competitiveness.The coupling coordination degree of regional logistics industry and economy is in the intermediate range,and the coupling coordination degree of regional logistics demand ability and regional economy is low.
