Safety Interlock of Tobacco High Rack Warehouses Based on Independent PLC

指出部分烟草高架库存在加装安全联锁装置实施周期长、成本高,特别是需要对原有控制程序进行修改,实施难度大,影响正常作业的困境。为解决该问题,基于独立式PLC,构建可独立控制运行的高架库安全联锁装置,通过无线传输方式与原高架库物理报警点对接,实现安全联锁,有效降低了作业人员进入烟草高架库的安全风险。

It is pointed out that it takes long time and high cost to install safety interlocks in some tobacco high rack warehouses.In particular,the original control procedures would need to be modified,which is difficult to implement and affects the normal operations of the warehouses.In view of said problem,based on independent PLC,the paper constructs a safety interlock for high rack warehouses,which can be operated independently and connects with the physical alarm points of the original high rack warehouse through wireless transmission to realize safety interlocking.The new safety interlock effectively reduces the safety risk of operators entering the tobacco high rack warehouses.
