运动处方联合情志护理在围绝经期综合征患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of exercise prescription combined with emotional nursing in patients with perimenopausal syndrome

目的探讨运动处方联合情志护理在围绝经期综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年8月本院收治的80例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施运动处方联合情志护理。观察并比较两组患者的干预效果。结果观察组的症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的生存质量量表各维度得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施运动处方联合情志护理能显著改善围绝经期综合征患者的心理状态,减轻患者的精神、生理及心理症状,改善其睡眠质量与生活质量,具有较好的应用前景。

Objective To explore the application effect of exercise prescription combined with emotional nursing in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 80 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group implemented routine care,and the observation group implemented exercise prescription combined with sentiment intervention to observe and compare the intervention effect between the two groups.Results The symptom score was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05),and the anxiety score was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Sleep quality scores were significantly lower in the observed group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of the quality of life scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of exercise prescription combined with emotional care intervention can significantly improve the psychological state of patients with perimenopausal syndrome and reduce mental,physiological and psychological symptoms,improving their quality of sleep and quality of life has a good application prospect.
