农村文化礼堂赋能乡村文化振兴:意义、问题与优化路径

Rural Cultural Auditorium Empowering Rural Cultural Revitalization:Significance,Problems and Optimization Path

为了解和发挥农村文化礼堂在乡村文化振兴的作用,通过对杭州市富阳区实地调研,发现在乡村文化振兴当中,农村文化礼堂有利于重构乡村文化价值认同、提升公共文化服务水平、形成新时代乡村新风尚、开创乡村文化治理新局面和构建中国特色乡村文化多样性。同时也发现,农村文化礼堂在赋能乡村文化振兴中,存在文化建设投资量不足、文化服务受益度有限、文化活动同质化严重和文化规划管理不到位等现实问题。因此,要加大农村文化礼堂的文化建设投资、提升文化服务受益度、开展乡村特色文化活动和科学规划文化管理方式,进而发挥农村文化礼堂的价值,推动乡村文化全面振兴。

In order to further understand the role of the rural cultural auditorium in the revitalization of rural culture,through field research in Fuyang District,Hangzhou,it is found that in the process of rural cultural revitalization,the rural cultural auditorium is conducive to reconstructing the recognition of rural cultural values,improving the level of public cultural services,forming the new rural tendency in the new era,creating a new situation of rural cultural governance,and building the rural cultural diversity with Chinese characteristics.However,the survey also finds that in the process of empowering rural culture,the rural cultural auditorium has some practical problems,such as insufficient investment in cultural construction,limited benefits from cultural services,serious homogenization of cultural activities,and inadequate cultural planning and management.To solve these problems,efforts shall be made to increase the investment in the cultural construction of rural cultural auditorium,improve the benefit of cultural services,carry out cultural activities with rural characteristics and scientifically plan cultural management methods so as to give full play to the value of rural cultural auditorium and promote the overall revitalization of rural culture.
