为切实加强和提升新时代高校劳动教育质量,梳理了近现代以来劳动教育的发展历程,阐明了新时代劳动教育的价值意蕴,分析了高校劳动教育存在的现实问题,从树立“认知—情感—实践”导向、坚持“全员—全过程—全方位”协同和实现“文化浸润—评价激励”并进等方面论述了新时期高校推进劳动教育的推进策略。

In order to effectively strengthen and improve the quality of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,the development history of labor education since modern times is discussed,the values and the meanings of labor education in the new era are clarified and the practical problems of labor education in colleges and universities are analyzed.The strategies for promoting the labor education are introduced from the aspects of establishing the orientation of“cognition-emotion-practice”,adhering to the“full staff-whole process-all-round”coordination and realizing the joint development of“cultural immersion and evaluation incentive”.
