BMD造型线主机加砂斗结构优化的研究及实践

摘要 介绍了BMD线主机百叶窗式加砂斗(后简称加砂斗)在使用过程中存在的断轴或开焊、轴承使用周期短以及拆修时对原有零部件进行破坏造成的浪费等问题,通过对叶片的结构、叶片与主动轴之间的连接方式、摆臂与主动轴之间的连接方式、主动轴及被动轴的结构、轴承的润滑以及轴承的重新选型等方面的优化,不仅大幅度提高了加砂斗的使用周期,而且在维护保养时不需要破坏原有的零部件,维修与保养更方便。优化后可以减少故障停工时间,提升了产能,另外还降低了维修成本。 This paper focuses on the analysis of the problem such as shaft breakage or open welding,short service life or bearings and waste caused by the destruction of original parts and components in the use of the main engine louver type sanding bucket of BMD line(hereinafter referred to as sanding bucket).The optimization of blade stmcture,the connection mode between tke blade and the driving shaft,the connection mode between the swing arm and the driving shaft,the structure of the driving shaft and the passive ahaft,the bearing lubrication and the redesign to type selection of bearing,can greatly improves the service cycle of sand bucket and eliminate the damage to the original parts during maintenance,which makes repair and maintenance easier.The optimization can reduce downtime,improve production capacity and reduce production costs.
