Based on the analysis of the current status of transmission detection methods in mechanical industry,this paper expounds the principle of relevant detection methods,proposes a detection method of transmission state at the end of transmission device,and analyzes the concrete implementation method of transmission detection in casting industry through practical exploration.By using this detection method,the transmission process and transmission abnormalities of the driven end can be found in the first time,so as to ensure the stable operation of the transmission system.
