摘要
主要介绍大型耐高温CB2材质阀壳铸件结构特性,以及铸造补缩方面难点。通过对产品结构以及材质进行分析,铸造工艺设计中采取多层冒口补缩、大尺寸冷铁激冷以及调整铸件R角、增加防裂措施等设计方法,解决了铸件铸造过程中易出现的缩松、裂纹等缺陷。通过对砂芯成型以及芯骨强度等设计研究,解决了砂芯在成型过程中易出现的漂芯问题,保证了铸件尺寸,成功实现了大吨位阀壳的铸造生产。
This paper mainly introduces the structural characteristics of large high temperature resistant CB2 valve shell castings and the difficulties in casting feeding.Through the analysis of the product structure and material 5 the design methods of multi-layer riser feeding,large size cold iron quenching,adjusting the R Angle of the casting and adding anti-crack measures were adopted in the casting process design,which solved the defects such as shrinkage and cracks which are easy to appear in the casting process.Through the design and research of sand core foiming and core bone strength,the problem of drift core in the process of sand core forming is solved,the size of the casting is guaranteed,and the casting production of large tonnage valve shell is successfully realized.
