摘要
以废机铁为主要原材料改进可锻铸铁配料,采用中频炉熔炼及优化的热处理工艺,生产出了新型可锻铸铁管件,力学性能测试及金相组织观察结果表明:所得可锻铸铁的抗拉强度平均为335.3 MPa、布氏硬度为104.5 HBW、延伸率达到9.42%,优于KTH 330-08的性能指标要求,其基体组织为多边形铁素体,含有极少量的珠光体,团絮状石墨分布均匀、石墨团大小均匀,完全满足了客户对管件产品的需求。
The new type of malleable cast pipes was developed by way of using scrap machine iron as major materials to improve cast ingredients,along with medium frequency furnace smelting and optimization heat treatment process.Combined with mechanical test and morphology observation,the average tensile strength is 335.3 MPa,hardness is 104.5 HBW and 9.42%for elongation respectively.The comprehensive mechanical properties are higher than that of KTH 330-08 as a standard.The microstructures is composed o£polygonal femte and very few of pearlite.Graphite mass is evenly distributed and has the similar size.The production of malleable cast iron has fully met the customer's needs..
