一铸件由生产变更引发的工艺变更

摘要 某公司复制用湿型砂铸造生产某铸件的工艺方案到覆膜砂壳模壳芯钢丸埋箱工艺,试验件经剖切后发现一固定位置内部出现了明显的缩孔,而原来采用湿型砂铸造工艺的铸件内部却无缺陷。对之分析认为,可能在于造型方式的差异或因两家熔炼习惯不同导致。后经单纯调整工艺并经试验取得了致密的合格铸件。由此得出:同一个铸件工艺方案,当人、机、料、法、环中的一个或多个因素变更时,均需要重新确认其工艺的适用性。当造型材料、造型方式以及熔炼习惯等条件发生变化时均有可能直接或间接地影响到铸件的质量。 A company copied the previous wet sand casting process scheme and designed the shell mould shell core steel shot burying box process.After cutting the test piece,it was found that there was obvious shrinkage cavity inside a fixed position,which was obviously different from the result of no shrinkage cavity inside the casting using wet sand casting process.The analysis suggests that it may be caused by the difference in modeling mode or the different smelting habits of the two companies.After simple adjustment of the process and the test,the dense qualified casting was obtained.It is concluded that the applicability of the same casting process should be reconfirmed when one or more factors in man,machine,material,method and ring change.The casting quality may be affected directly or indirectly when molding materials,molding methods and melting habits change.
