楮桃叶对银屑病瘙痒及皮损症状的临床疗效及安全性初探

Clinical efficacy and safety of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves in treating pruritus and skin lesions in patients with psoriasis

目的探讨楮桃叶对银屑病瘙痒及皮损症状的临床疗效及安全性。方法收集空军特色医学中心(原空军总医院)2016年1月—2022年12月诊断为银屑病的入院患者资料,收集患者入院以来临床治疗资料及治疗具体过程,进行回顾性分析,将患者按照入排标准筛选后进行分组,分为对照组与试验组,试验组使用楮桃叶中药熏洗全身,每次2包,每日1次,持续4周;对照组仅进行熏洗,不使用楮桃叶,每日1次,持续4周。比较2组患者治疗后银屑病面积和严重程度指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分、视觉模拟评分(visual analogu scale,VAS)及总有效率来判断楮桃叶对银屑病的有效性,通过电话回访和医师不良反应上报情况来判断楮桃叶的安全性。结果经治疗后,试验组PASI评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组瘙痒评分VAS显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组但差异无统计学意义(P=0.623)。2组均未发现严重不良反应。结论楮桃叶针对银屑病患者瘙痒及皮损症状有效,不良反应可控。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves in the treatment of pruritus and skin lesions in patients with psoriasis.Methods The clinical data of patients who were diagnosed with psoriasis and admitted to Air Force Medical Center between 2016 and December 2022 was collected and analyzed.After screening by the admission standard,the patients were divided into the control group and experimental group.In the experimental group,the whole body of a patient was fumigated and washed with traditional Chinese medicine containing Broussonetia papyrifera leaves,2 packs each time,once a day for a total of 4 weeks.The control group was fumigated and washed without Broussonetia papyrifera leaves,once a day for a total of 4 weeks.After treatment,the PASI score,VAS score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups to determine the effectiveness of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves on psoriasis.The safety of Broussonetia papyrifera leaves was assessed via telephone calls to patients and adverse reaction reports from doctors.Results After treatment,the PASI score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),so was the VAS score(P<0.05),but the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher.No serious adverse reactions were found in either group(P=0.623).Conclusion Broussonetia papyrifera leaves can effectively treat pruritus and skin lesions in patients with psoriasis,and adverse reactions are controllable.
