民宿餐饮课程教师思政素养提升路径

Political-Ideological Literacy Improvement Path for B&B Catering Teachers

课程思政是新时代下专业课程与思政理论相结合的综合教育理念。高质量的课程思政建设离不开专业教师对课程的改革。通过研究分析民宿餐饮课程思政任务和要求,发现课程思政教学过程中存在思政拼接生硬、元素匮乏、审美薄弱、服务内涵被忽略等问题,据此提出从政治素养、知识素养、艺术素养和能力素养四个方面提升民宿餐饮课程教师思政素养。

Course-based political-ideological education is a comprehensive educational concept combining professional courses and political theories in the new era.High-quality course-based political-ideological construction cannot be separated from professional teachers'reform of courses.Through the research and analysis of the tasks and requirements of political-ideological education of homestay catering,it is found that there are problems such as political-ideological element patchwork,element deficiency,aesthetic weakness,and service connotation being ignored in the political-ideological teaching process.Therefore,it is proposed to enhance the political-ideological literacy of B&B catering teacher from aspects of political literacy,knowledge literacy,artistic literacy and ability literacy.
