灾害性天气对农业生产的影响及防灾减灾措施

Influence of Disastrous Weather on Agricultural Production and Measures for Disaster Prevention and Reduction

西藏江孜县位于青藏高原的西南部,处于喜马拉雅山东麓、雅鲁藏布江中下游地区。江孜县属于高原温带半干旱季风气候区,干湿季分明,夏季雨水比较集中,温暖湿润,冬季比较干冷,日照资源充足,日温差较大。近年来,西藏江孜县降水明显减少,极端天气频发,自然灾害严重影响当地农业生产,造成了重大损失。基于此,主要分析了西藏江孜县气候及其对当地农业生产的影响,以农业防灾减灾为重点进行了探讨,并提出了防灾减灾措施。

Gyantse County in Tibet is located in the southwest of the Qinghai Xizang Plateau,at the eastern foot of the Himalayas,and in the middle and lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River.Jiangzi County belongs to the plateau temperate semi-arid monsoon climate zone,with distinct dry and wet seasons,concentrated rainfall in summer,warm and wet,dry and cold in winter,abundant sunshine resources and large daily temperature difference.In recent years,the precipitation in Gyangze County,Tibet has decreased significantly,extreme weather had occurred frequently,and natural disasters had seriously affected local agricultural production,causing heavy losses.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the climate of Gyantse County in Tibet and its impact on local agricultural production,focuses on agricultural disaster prevention and reduction,and proposes disaster prevention and reduction measures.
