多用途农作物深加工用烘干装置创新设计

摘要 针对南方地区储存潮湿环境下农作物与谷物易发霉变质问题,在传统的烘干设备的基础上,基于小型农户多种农作物烘干需求,集成立式和立体干燥机烘干优势,设计一种将机械翻仓与干燥原理相结合的烘干装置.利用红外线照射,实现烘干、消杀一体化,并通过ANSYS仿真模拟对主轴静力分析.结果表明,最大应力、变形和位移均满足要求,该设计为农作物烘干提供了新思路. In view of the problem that crops and grains are prone to mildew and deterioration in the humid storage environment in southern China,based on the traditional drying equipment and the drying needs of small farmers for a variety of crops,and integrating the drying advantages of vertical and three-dimensional dryers,a drying device combining mechanical bin turning and drying principles is designed.With infrared radiation,drying and disinfection and sterilization are integrated.Through ANSYS simulation,the static analysis of the main shaft is conducted.The results show that the maximum stress,deformation,and displacement meet the requirements.This design provides a new idea for crop drying.
