精细化安全管理在工程项目中的应用

Application of Refined Management in Safety Management of Engineering Projects

随着总承包模式在工程实践中的不断发展,传统粗放式的安全管理模式难以适应工程项目安全责任的落实。针对某石化工程配套的热电装置建设项目,从总承包角度探索建立精细化安全管理机制,分析其特点并提出工程建设总承包精细化安全管理的实施建议。

With the continuous development of the EPC contracting mode in engineering practice,the traditional extensive safety management mode is difficult to keep pace with the implementation of safety responsibility for engineering projects.In allusion to the thermoelectric device auxiliary to a petrochemical project,studies are conducted on the establishment of a refined safety management mechanism from the perspective of engineering procurement construction(EPC)contracting,analyses are carried out on its characteristics,and several suggestions for the implementation of the refined safety management in the EPC project.
