高校国家安全教育的现状、问题与对策建议——基于江西省5所高校的实证调查

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of National Security Education in Colleges and Universities—Based on the Empirical Survey of 5 Universities in Jiangxi Province

在国际局势风云变幻,国内国外安全因素面临着前所未有之大变局的历史背景下,国家安全教育的重要性日渐凸显。以江西省5所高校的1256名大学生作为调研对象,围绕大学生国家安全意识现状,高校国家安全教育的课程设置、教学内容、教学方法等问题展开实证研究。调查发现,绝大多数大学生关注国家安全话题,但是国家安全意识并不强,所掌握的知识呈现碎片化特征;高校国家安全教育主要融合在相关思政课程中,缺乏专门课程,教学内容呈现出分散化特征;在课堂教学上仍然以传统教学为主,实践教学创新不足;师资队伍相对单一,没能打破专业壁垒与社会壁垒。最后,在调查研究的基础上,对高校国家安全教育在课程建设、课程内容、师资队伍、教学方法上提出具体的对策建议。

Under the historical background of the changing international situation and the unprecedented changes in domestic and foreign security factors,the importance of national security education is becoming more and more prominent.This paper takes 1256 college students from five colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province as the research object,and makes an empirical study on the current situation of college students'national security awareness,the curriculum,teaching contents and teaching methods of national security education in colleges and universities.The survey found that the vast majority of college students pay attention to the topic of national security,but their awareness of national security is not strong,and their knowledge is fragmented.National security education in colleges and universities is mainly integrated into relevant ideological and political courses,lack of specialized courses,and the teaching content presents the characteristics of decentralization.In the classroom teaching,traditional teaching is still the main teaching,and the innovation of practical teaching is insufficient.The teaching staff is relatively single,and failed to break the professional and social barriers.Finally,based on the investigation and research,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on curriculum construction,curriculum content,teaching staff and teaching methods of national security education in colleges and universities.
