Reform and Innovation of Higher Education Management Mode under the Background of“Internet+”

“互联网+”时代背景下,我国各传统行业迎来了发展新机遇,也推动了高校教育管理模式的变革与创新。基于此,明确“互联网+”的内涵与特点,结合当前高校教育管理模式面临的现实困境,即教育管理理念滞后、教育管理方法陈旧、管理者水平待提高、网络平台建设不足等,分析其具体成因,进而从变革教育管理传统思想、构建教育管理新模式、提升管理者专业化水平、加大网络教育管理投入力度等维度,提出“互联网+”背景下高校教育管理模式的变革与创新策略。

Under the background of the“Internet+”era,it not only brings new opportunities for the development of various traditional industries in China,but also promotes the reform and innovation of the educational management mode in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper clarifies the connotation and characteristics of“Internet+”in combination with the practical difficulties faced by the current higher education management mode,including the lagging concepts of education management,outdated methods of education management,the level of managers to be improved,and the lack of network platform construction.From the dimensions of changing the traditional ideas of education management,building a new mode of education management,improving the professional level of managers,and increasing the investment in network education management,the reform and innovation strategies of college education management mode under the background of“Internet+”are put forward.
