多元文化背景下高校思政教育模式的改革研究

Research on the Reform of Ideological and Political Education Model in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Multiculturalism

在多元文化背景下,高等院校已成为各类思想文化争夺学生的主要阵地。因此,高校应随着时代发展、社会环境变化,就思政教育模式实施针对性改革,协助学生坚定理想信念、树立正确“三观”,为其成长发展指明前进方向。立足于多元文化的概念,阐述多元文化背景下高校思政教育模式改革原则,结合多元文化对高校学生的主流意识、价值观念产生的影响,提出具体改革策略,以期为高校思政教育改革提供参考。

Under the background of multiculturalism,colleges and universities have become the main position for all kinds of ideological and cultural competition for students.Therefore,colleges and universities should implement targeted reforms on the ideological and political education model with the development of the times and the change of social environment,help students strengthen their ideals and beliefs,establish correct three views,and point out the direction for their growth and development.Based on the concept of multiculturalism,this paper expounds the reform principles of ideological and political education model in colleges and universities under the background of multiculturalism,and puts forward specific reform strategies in combination with the impact of multiculturalism on college students'mainstream consciousness and values,so as to provide reference for the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
