工匠精神融入应用型本科思政课教学体系的教学路径研究 被引量:5

摘要 目前,我国正处在由制造业大国转向制造业强国的重要发展阶段,要实现传统行业与新兴产业升级转型与高质量发展,唯有通过大量大国匠人的不懈努力,才能实现制造业强国的发展目标。而培养具备工匠精神和匠心文化素养的应用型人才是长期工程,工匠精神与应用型本科思政教育的有效融合,要以工匠精神理论内涵为基准,明确思政教育学科属性和定位,将其融入课程教学体系中,这样才能使两者融合达到理想效果。 At present,China is in an important development stage from a large manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country.In order to implement the upgrading,transformation and high-quality development of traditional and emerging industries,it is necessary to achieve the development goal of a powerful manufacturing country only through the unremitting efforts of a large number of craftsmen.It is a long-term project to cultivate applied talents with craftsman spirit and ingenuity cultural literacy.The effective integration of craftsman spirit and applied undergraduate ideological and political education should take the theoretical connotation of craftsman spirit as the benchmark,clarify the discipline attribute and orientation of ideological and political education,and integrate it into curriculum teaching system,so as to achieve the ideal effect of the integration.
