摘要
伴随“1+X”证书制度在我国职业教育领域的实施,高职商务英语专业人才培养也需着力探索转型发展路径,以提升人才培养质量。基于此,明确“1+X”证书制度及其对商务英语人才培养的指导作用、人才培养模式的问题,通过明确人才培养方案、优化设置课程体系、着力推进校企合作、完善师资队伍建设等策略,构建新型人才培养模式,以期提升高职商务英语专业人才培养质量。
With the implementation of the“1+X”certificate system in the field of vocational education in China,the training of business English professional talents in higher vocational colleges also needs to focus on exploring the path of transformation and development to improve the quality of talent training.In this regard,it is necessary to clarify the“1+X”certificate system and its guiding role in the training of business English talents,as well as the problems of talent training mode.By clarifying the talent training plan,optimizing the curriculum system,focusing on promoting school-enterprise cooperation,and improving the construction of the teaching team,a new talent training mode is constructed in order to improve the quality of business English professional training in higher vocational colleges.
