摘要
2021年联合国教科文组织第41届大会面向全球发布的《共同重新构想我们的未来——新的教育社会契约》分别从个体和社会双层面指出成人教育功能呈现新形态。着眼当前,成人教育功能转型产生了“数字鸿沟凸显”“气候矛盾丛生”“弱势群体排斥”和“职业技能失衡”四大新障碍。对此,未来的成人教育需要从借助数字技术手段、更新气候变化教育、提供社会支持方法、构建成人教育体系等方面促进成人教育功能的转型升级。
In 2021,the 41st session of UNESCO s General Conference issued Reimagining Our Futures Together:A New Social Contract for Education,which points out that the function of adult education presents a new form from the individual and social levels.At present,the functional transformation of adult education has produced four new obstacles,including“prominent digital divides”,“clumping climate contradictions”,“exclusion of vulnerable groups”and“imbalanced of vocational skills”.In the future,adult education needs to promote the transformation and upgrading of adult education functions by means of digital technology,updating climate change education,providing social support methods,and building an adult education system.
