Common Prosperity for All:Research on Its Theoretical Basis,Index System and Promotion Path

全民共同富裕是社会主义的本质规定和奋斗目标。本文将共同富裕放置于发展与稳定、生产力与生产关系、市场经济与社会经济相互关系的逻辑下分析,揭示其时代必然性。继而由共同富裕的细分目标推出对应的指标,并在指标体系基础上总结出从供给侧和需求侧挖掘发展潜力、初次分配和再分配叠加发力、社会福利全面均衡覆盖、精神生活丰富升级提质、让“生态美”赋能“共同富”五条推进路径。

Common prosperity for all is the essential requirement and striving goal of socialism.It is analyzed in this paper under the logic of mutual relationships between development and stability,productivity and relations of production,market economy and social economy,to reveal its inevitability of the times,with corresponding indicators introduced from its subdivision target.This paper concludes on the basis of index system that fives paths are accessible to advancing common prosperity.The first is to excavate the developing potentials from the supply and demand sides.The second is every effort exerted by promoting first distribution and redistribution in tandem.The third is to push an overall coverage of social welfare.The forth is to enrich and update cultural-ethical life.Last is to empower common prosperity with enabling ecosystems.
