Defining and Perfecting the Connotation of China's Enclave Economy

飞地经济经过近30年的实践与发展,对于推动我国经济的发展起到了有效作用,是推动创新驱动发展,共享经济发展成果,实现区域协调发展的重要举措。多年来,随着实践与发展,我国飞地经济模式概念、内涵、特征在不断演变,各界专家也一直在探索和研究。笔者认为,有必要对飞地经济概念及特征做进一步的探究、完善与补充,旨在更好地实现区域协调发展,在新时代更好地指导各地开展实践飞地经济模式。

Enclave economy is an important measure to promote innovation driven development,share the fruits of economic development and realize regional coordinated development.After nearly 30 years of practice and development,its concept,connotation and characteristics are also evolving and developing.This paper perfects and supplements the concept and characteristics of enclave economy,in order to better realize regional coordinated development and better guide all localities to carry out and practice enclave economic model in the new era.
