Disaster writing is one of the important themes of Bryusov’s literary creation. He projected the tragic world feeling into his literary creation and expressed it in the form of disaster situations. In his works, Bryusov set up extraordinary situations such as plague disasters, technological disasters, and ecological disasters, and think about the ultimate destiny of humanity through these different disaster situations. Bryusov’s disaster writing is both based on his thinking about real life and combined with fantasy, which makes his disaster writing extremely unique.
