国内就业质量主题研究的演化路径、热点与展望——基于2002—2021年知网资源的知识图谱分析

The Evolution Path,Hotspot and Prospect of Domestic Employment Quality Research:Knowledge graph analysis based on CNKI resources from 2002 to 2021

通过对CNKI平台刊载并收录于CSSCI和北大核心期刊的有关就业质量主题的1176篇文献进行可视化分析,掌握国内就业质量领域研究的基本情况。在此基础上,提出当前研究需要加强合作与交流意识。目前研究主要集中在就业质量的基础理论、就业质量与高职院校毕业生等方面。结合国内经济发展现状以及政府政策文件,指出数字经济将成为就业质量领域的研究热点。

1176 articles on employment quality published on CNKI platform and included in CSSCI and Peking University core journals are visualized to grasp the basic situation of domestic employment quality research.On this basis,it is proposed that current research needs to strengthen the awareness of cooperation and exchange.At present,the research mainly focuses on the basic theory of employment quality,employment quality and vocational college graduates,etc.Combined with the current situation of China’s economic development and government policy documents,it is pointed out that digital economy will become a research hotspot in the field of employment quality.
