中国省域农业现代化与数字技术的测度及区域发展的异质性研究

The Measurement of Agricultural Modernization and Digital Technology and Regional Development Heterogeneity in China

农业的现代化发展已成为当前社会各界关注的热点问题之一,在“三农”问题背景下,把握好农业现代化发展的问题也一直是国家关注的重点。数字化信息技术的兴起为传统农业的发展提供了一个新的载体,提高了农业生产的效率,同时对增加农民收入、提高农业现代化水平有着不可忽视的作用。运用熵值法对全国的数字技术发展指标体系和农业现代化的指标体系进行综合评价,继而进行实证分析。通过数字技术发展对农业现代化的实证分析发现:数字技术对农业现代化发展有正向促进的作用,同时异质性分析表明,数字技术对东、中、西部的影响程度不同,存在区域差异。未来发展过程中需要从加强基础设施建设、缩小区域发展差异、建设数字技术人才队伍方面进行优化和提高。

The development of agricultural modernization has become one of the hot issues in current.Under the background of“agriculture,countryside and farmers”,it has been the focus of attention of the state to grasp the development of agricultural modernization.The rise of digital information technology provides a new carrier for the development of traditional agriculture,and improves the efficiency of agricultural production.The index system of national digital technology development and agricultural modernization is evaluated by entropy method,and then the empirical analysis is carried out.Through the empirical analysis of the development of digital technology on agricultural modernization,it is found that digital technology has a positive effect on the development of agricultural modernization,the influence of digital technology on the east,Middle and west is different,and there are regional differences.In the process of future development,we need to optimize and improve the infrastructure construction,narrow the regional development differences and build the digital technology talents.
