摘要
【目的】探讨江西齐云山国家级自然保护区木本植物种类、多样性及蓄积量与海拔之间的相关性,为齐云山植物多样性保护和管理提供参考。【方法】在江西齐云山国家级自然保护区主峰沿海拔梯度建立典型森林样地,对物种丰富度Magalef指数(Dm)、Shannon-weinier指数(H')、Simpson指数(Ds)与海拔梯度进行皮尔逊相关性分析,分析木本植物种类、多样性及蓄积量与海拔的关系。【结果】(1)齐云山不同海拔梯度木本植物种类具有差异,其中海拔1100 m以上样地物种种类较丰富,海拔900~1000 m样地物种种类较少,海拔对木本植物种类呈现为显著正相关。(2)齐云山不同海拔梯度与木本植物多样性指数呈显著正相关。(3)海拔1300~1400 m植物群落蓄积量最高,达到115.11 m^(3)/hm^(2),海拔与蓄积量呈显著正相关。【结论】海拔与齐云山主峰木本植物种类、多样性及蓄积量有显著影响。
[Objective]This study aimed to discuss the relationship between woody plant species,diversity and stock volume and altitude in Qiyunshan National Nature Reserve in Jiangxi Province,and provide references for the protection and management of plant diversity in Qiyunshan.[Method]A typical forest plot was established along the altitude gradients in the main peak of Qiyunshan National Nature Reserve in Jiangxi Province,and the Pearson correlation analysis was carried out by using the Magalef index(Dm),Shannon-weinier index(H'),and Simpson index(Ds)of species richness,aiming to study the correlation between woody plant species,diversity and stock volume and altitude.[Result](1)There were differences in woody plant species at different altitudes in Qiyunshan.Among them,there were more species in plots above 1100 m above the sea level,and fewer species in plots from 900 m to 1000 m above the sea level.And so,altitude had a significant positive correlation with woody plant species.(2)Altitude had a significant positive correlation with woody plant diversity index.(3)The woody plant stock volume of the plot at an altitude of 1300~1400 m was the highest,reaching 115.11 m^(3)/hm^(2),and so there was a significant positive correlation between the altitude and the stock volume.[Conclusion]In summary,the altitude has a significant impact on the species,diversity and stock volume of woody plants on the main peak of Qiyu nshan.
