大跨径悬索桥荷载试验智能化指挥平台系统设计与实施 被引量:2

摘要 为解决大跨径悬索桥荷载试验测试参数多、人工传输数据效率低且易出错的问题,以宜昌伍家岗长江大桥为背景,设计了大跨径悬索桥荷载试验智能化指挥平台系统。荷载试验智能化指挥平台系统包括模型子系统、环境参数子系统、位移子系统和视频监控子系统,分别实现了桥梁数字化模型展示、环境条件采集和分析、结构位移测试和现场视频监控功能。采用该系统对该桥荷载试验过程中温度、风速、加劲梁位移、主缆位移和支座位移等进行了测试,大大提高了现场试验的工作效率。该系统在伍家岗长江大桥上成功实施,有效地解决了大跨径悬索桥荷载试验现场控制不及时的问题,通过对试验现场各参数快速、集成、形象地反映,为桥梁现场试验指挥和后续加载提供正确的决策信息。 An intelligent command platform system that can facilitate the load tests of long-span suspension bridge is proposed,which better handles the parameters of load tests and is more efficient in data transmission.The system consists of a model subsystem,an environmental parameter subsystem,displacement subsystem and video monitoring and control subsystem,each correspondingly developed to achieve the objectives of digital bridge model demonstration,environmental data collection and analysis,structural displacement testing and field video monitoring and control.The system has been implemented in the Wujiagang Changjiang River Bridge.During the load tests of the bridge,the system recorded the temperature,speed and direction of winds,and the displacements of main girder,main cables and bearings,resulting in great enhancement of field testing efficiency.The proposed system also features prompt control of field load tests of long-span suspension bridge.In the Wujiagang Changjiang River Bridge,the system rapidly and vividly integrated and reflected the load test parameters,based on which the command of load tests and subsequent load application could be made correctly.
