摘要 针对智慧化预制梁场缺乏自上而下的系统设计和应用框架现状,对其进行总体框架设计。智慧梁场利用新技术对预制梁生产要素升级赋能,全面感知生产过程中产生的大量数据,建立各个工序数据流动通道,实现梁场信息集成和业务协同、生产过程能效提升、资源利用价值最大化。基于现阶段预制梁场建设典型案例,梳理智慧梁场建设内容,提出智慧梁场系统“1+N+1”总体框架,即:1个梁场信息管理平台,实现生产过程中的进度、计划、质量、安全、人员、设备、原材料等要素的在线协同管理;N个梁场智能子系统,实现生产工艺升级和管理方式升级;1个梁场分析决策平台,集成生产数据和管理数据,挖掘数据价值,辅助生产决策。工程应用实践结果表明,该系统能实现梁场信息集成和业务协同,有效提升管理水平,提高生产效率,优化资源配置。 At present,most girder fabrication yards have been built without a systematic top-down design and application framework in advance.In this paper,an overall framework design solution for a girder fabrication yard is proposed.The so-called smart girder fabrication yard is a place where new technologies are employed to upgrade and empower the conventional productive factors.Large numbers of production data can be recorded,categorized,transmitted and processed to realize information integration and business collaboration,and to improve energy consumption and maximize values of resources.Based on the typical cases,the construction items of a smart girder fabrication yard are listed,and a"1+N+1"overall framework of a smart girder fabrication yard system is presented.The first"1"stands for an information administration platform of the girder fabrication yard,on which an online synchronized management of factors,such as schedule,plan,quality,safety,personnel,machinery and material,is achieved."N"refers to the smart subsystems,which are in charge of production technique and management method upgrading.The second"1"represents an analysis and decision-making platform,where the production data and management data are integrated to extract the valuable data to assist decision making.Engineering practices prove that the"1+N+1"system is able to achieve information integration and business collaboration of a girder fabrication yard,effectively improve the yard management level and production efficiency as well as optimize resources allocation.
