基于数字孪生的冲压智能维护系统研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 汽车覆盖件的冲压生产正在向高速、高效、数字化和智能化的方向转变,同时大型高速冲压线的维护面临结构复杂、故障点多以及专业人员短缺等突出难题,冲压设备维护管理正经历着由事后维修、预防性维护到预测性维护的转变。文章提出了一种基于数字孪生技术的大型高速冲压线设备状态监控及智能维护系统J_IMS(JIER-intelligent maintenance systems),首先在三维研发软件中构建真实冲压线的数字化孪生模型,通过OPC UA通用构架实时读取高速冲压线的运行数据,打通物理冲压线与孪生冲压线的数据链路,借助Unity数据驱动去驱动冲压线数字孪生模型,从而实现物理冲压线与孪生冲压线的同步运动,通过在大量项目实际应用验证J-IMS的有效性和准确性,为大型高速冲压线的设备状态监控及智能维护提供借鉴。 Stamping process of automobile body parts production is being steered towards high speed,high efficiency,digitalization and intelligent control.At the same time,the maintenance of large high speed press line encounters several difficulties such as complicated structure,multiple fault points and shortage of human resources.Press maintenance begin turning to predictable maintenance from traditional repair after troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.This thesis proposes JIER�intelligent maintenance systems(J_IMS)for status monitoring and intelligent maintenance of large high speed press line.Firstly,digital twin model for real press line is created via 3D software.Users can access in real-time the running data of high speed press line via common structure OPC UA.Physical press line and twin press line are connected by data link.Digital twin model of press line is driven with assistance of unity data drive.Thus synchronous motion between physical press line and its twin press line is achieved.Numerous projects applications have verified validity and accuracy of J-IMS,offering good reference for intelligent maintenance and status monitoring of large speedy press lines.
