摘要
以两面针种子为试验材料,研究不同预处理措施、层积温度、层积时间、层积介质含水量,以及添加不同浓度GA和BR层积对种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明,两面针种子自然萌发率极低,仅为0.7%,层积处理可将种子发芽率显著提高至48%,并将平均发芽时间缩短至10 d,较为适宜的层积处理方式是以0.1 mg/L的BR溶液或100 mg/L的GA溶液浸湿细沙至含水量为5%~20%,再将种子与湿沙混匀,在15℃条件下层积30~40 d。
Zanthoxylum nitidum seeds were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different pretreatment measures,stratification temperature,stratification time,medium water content,and different concentrations of GA and BR on seed germination characteristics.The results showed that the natural germination rate of Zanthoxylum nitidum seeds was very low,only 0.7%.Stratification treatment could significantly increase the germination rate to 48%and shorten the average germination time to 10 days.The more suitable stratification conditions were as follows,wet the fine sand with 0.1 mg/L BR solution or 100 mg/L GA solution until the water content was from 5%to 20%,then mix the seeds with the wet sand,and stratification at 15℃from 30 to 40 days.
