摘要
香港地区五桂堂自1950年开始印行了一批“正字南音”,其特点是使用统一的彩色封面,并在书名前冠以“正字南音”字样。这批唱本在当时得到广泛传播,不少学者在进行广府唱本分类时,便以其封面标注为依据。实际上,这批唱本中既有南音,也有木鱼书和龙舟歌,更有小说《老鼠闹东京》,可见其封面标注的“正字南音”并不代表这批唱本就是南音。相较于木鱼、龙舟和粤讴,中国香港人更偏爱南音。南音不仅在粤曲盛行歌坛的时候仍占一席之地,更有报人、学者等大力保护和传承。香港地区五桂堂经营时期,木鱼、龙舟和粤讴的表演在香港地区已近乎绝迹,将唱本都标注为尚有影响力的南音有助于打开销路。香港地区五桂堂标注的“正字南音”字样,已经不具备区分唱本类别的意义,而仅仅是唱本的广告语而已。
Since 1950,a number of“Zhengzi Nanyin”have been printed in Hong Kong’s Wu Gui Tang,which is characterized by the use of a uniform color cover and the words“Zhengzi Nanyin”before the title of the book.These librettos were widely disseminated at that time,and many scholars used their cover labels as the basis for classifying Guangfu librettos.In fact,there are not only Nanyin,but also the Wooden Fish Book and the Dragon Boat Song,as well as the novel“The Mouse Makes Trouble in Tokyo”.It can be seen that the“Zhengzi Nanyin”marked on its cover does not mean that this batch of librettos is Nanyin.Compared with wooden fish,dragon boat and Cantonese,Hong Kong people prefer Nanyin.Nanyin not only played a role in the popularity of Cantonese opera,but also was vigorously protected and inherited by journalists and scholars.During the operation period of the Hong Kong Wu Gui Tang,the performances of Wooden Fish,Dragon Boat and Cantonese Acura have almost disappeared in Hong Kong.Marking the album as an influential Nanyin will help to open up the market.The words“Zhengzi Nanyin”marked by Hong Kong Wu Gui Tang no longer have the meaning of distinguishing the types of ballads classification,but are just the advertising slogan.
