产学协同育人研究——以南京审计大学金融学专业为例

Research on Industry⁃University Collaborative Education——A Case Study of Finance Major in Nanjing Audit University

为适应社会对金融人才的需求,高校不断整合校企资源,运用产学协同育人方式,提高学生理论与实践能力。通过对国内外产学协同育人培养模式的经验分析,针对南京审计大学金融学专业产学协同育人培养学生实践和创新能力取得的成绩与存在的问题,搭建校企合作、学生评价、实践课程等方面平台,改变现有考核方式,探索一种行之有效的产学合作育人模式。

In order to adapt to the society’s demand for financial talents,colleges and universities continue to integrate school⁃enterprise resources,and use industry⁃university collaborative education methods to improve students’theoretical and practical capabilities.Through the empirical analysis of the domestic and foreign industry⁃university collaborative education training model,this paper analyzes the achievements that finance major in Nanjing Audit University has made in cultivating students’practical and innovative abilities and existing problems of its industry⁃university collaborative education.To solve the problems,multiple platforms of school⁃enterprise cooperation,student evaluation and practice curriculum need to be built and the existing assessment methods should be reformed.
