摘要
对F45MnVS钢连铸过程所用结晶器浸入式水口堵塞问题进行了研究,采用X射线荧光光谱仪对夹杂物的成分进行了分析,通过稳定转炉的终点控制,强化LF炉的精炼效果,采用合理的钙处理技术并执行保护浇铸,结果表明控制措施得当,堵塞现象明显减少,连铸机浇铸炉次稳定在6炉。
Used F45MnVS steel continuous casting process for crystallizer was submerged nozzle clogging problem was studied,using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer analysis method of inclusion composition was analyzed,and by the end of the stability of converter control,strengthening the refining effect of LF furnace,adopting reasonable calcium treatment and executing protection of casting technology,the results show that proper control measures,significantly reduce the congestion phenomenon,The casting furnace of continuous casting machine was stable at six furnaces.
