摘要
动脉瘤是一种以血管全节段扩张为特征的血管疾病,了解动脉瘤发生发展的机制是有效预防和治疗动脉瘤的关键。动脉瘤发生时血管损伤部位涉及多种免疫细胞的浸润,如巨噬细胞、肥大细胞、树突状细胞等,其中巨噬细胞在炎症发展、组织重塑等方面表现出的重要作用与动脉瘤的形成密不可分。随着近年对细胞外囊泡这一细胞间信息交流方式的研究逐渐深入,巨噬细胞源性细胞外囊泡在动脉瘤形成中的作用被逐渐阐明。本文综述了巨噬细胞源性细胞外囊泡与动脉瘤形成的关系,以及将巨噬细胞源性细胞外囊泡作为潜在的应用靶点,为动脉瘤的诊断与治疗提供了新观点。
Aneurysm is a kind of vascular disease characterized by segmental dilation.Understanding mechanism of aneurysm development is the key to effective prevention and treatment of aneurysm.During the occurrence of aneurysm,vascular injury site involves infiltration of a variety of immune cells,such as macrophages,mast cells and dendritic cells,etc.The important role of macrophages in development of inflammation as well as tissue remodeling is closely related to formation of aneurysms.Role of macrophage derived extracellular vesicles in formation of aneurysms has been gradually elucidated with the deepening of research on extracellular vesicles as a way of intercellular information exchange in recent years.This article reviews the relationship between macrophage derived extracellular vesicles and formation of aneurysms,as well as the potential application of macrophage derived extracellular vesicles as a target,which provides new views for the diagnosis and treatment of aneurysm.
