“双碳”背景下配电网线损管控研究

摘要 【目的】为了在“双碳”背景下能更好地管控配电网线损,本研究对线损管控工作中涉及的内容及研究进展情况进行分析。【方法】首先分析基于时间序列和基于数据格式转换的线损原始数据清理和融合方法,其次分析考虑影响因素的理论线损计算、接入分布式电源的理论线损计算和采用智能算法的理论线损计算,然后对异常线损处理的两种方法进行分析,最后对节能降损策略和降损潜力评估方法进行分析。【结果】虽然已有的线损管控的相关研究成果较多,但基于海量异构数据并结合分布式电源进行线损分析的降损工作仍要继续深入研究。【结论】研究线损管控对制定配电网的精准降损措施,提升配电网精益化节能降损具有重要意义。 [Purposes] In order to better control the line loss of distribution network under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,this study analyzes the content and research progress involved in line loss control.[Methods] Firstly,the original data cleaning and fusion methods of line loss based on time series and data format conversion are analyzed.Secondly,the theoretical line loss calculation that takes influencing factors into consideration,the theoretical line loss calculation of distributed power access and the theoretical line loss calculation using intelligent algorithm are analyzed.Then,the two methods of abnormal line loss processing are analyzed.Finally,the energy saving and loss reduction strategy and loss reduction potential evaluation method are analyzed.[Findings] Although there are many related research results of line loss control,the loss reduction work based on massive heterogeneous data and distributed power supply for line loss analysis still needs to be further studied.[Conclusions] Studying line loss control is of great significance for formulating accurate loss reduction measures for distribution network and improving lean energy saving and loss reduction of distribution network.
