我国职业教育产教融合机制研究综述

A Review on the Mechanism of Industry-education Integration in China's Vocational Education

机制建设助推职业教育产教融合,提升人才培养质量。目前,关于产教融合机制的研究集中于运行机制、动力机制、激励机制、保障机制等方面,现有研究存在产教融合机制设计机理研究缺失、研究力量单一、实效性研究和跨学科研究缺乏等问题。因此,应注重产教融合研究,加强实效性研究,从设计机理多维度、多学科理论视角出发创新机制设计。

The mechanism construction boosts the integration of industry and education in vocational education and improves the quality o£talent training.At present,the research on the integration mechanism of industry and education focuses on the operation mechanism,motivation mechanism,incentive mechanism,security mechanism,etc.Existing research has problems such as lack of research on the design mechanism of industry-education integration mechanism,weak research force,lack of effectiveness research and interdisciplinary research.Therefore,we should pay attention to the research on industry-education integration,strengthen effectiveness research,and create new mechanism design from the perspective of multi-dimensional and multidisciplinary theory of design mechanism.
