高职“证券投资分析”课程思政教学可遵循“校企合作育人、理实一体育人、课程思政育人”的专业特点,结合“培养理想信念坚定、德技并修、全面发展”的人才培养要求,实施基于金融新业态的“岗课赛证”融合育人模式,“以岗制导、以课育人、以赛促学、以证验课”,实现顶层框架设计融入思政元素、多维施教渗透思政元素、全过程育人贯穿思政元素和“岗课赛证”结合体现思政元素的课程思政建设效果,教师要注重科研反哺教学,开展多维度教学,将专业教育与职业教育紧密结合,将课堂延伸,深化产教融合,发挥企业育人作用,以全面提升学生专业技能和职业素养。
