岳阳市危化品物流业现状及发展对策

Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Hazardous Chemicals Logistics Industry in Yueyang City

岳阳市是湖南省重要的石化产业基地,近年来石化产业的迅速发展带动了危化品物流行业的发展。目前,岳阳市危化品物流行业中存在危化品物流大型企业较少,竞争力弱;仓储空置率高,资源浪费现象严重;专业从业人员紧缺;信息化水平较低等问题。建议采用建立危化品物流协会、规范危化品物流标准、加强专业从业人员培养力度、搭建信息化管理平台等对策,以有效发展岳阳市危化品物流业。

Yueyang City is an important petrochemical industry base in Hunan Province.In recent years,the rapid development of petrochemical industry has driven the development of hazardous chemicals logistics industry.This paper analyzes the problems existing in Yueyang hazardous chemicals logistics industry,which includes the lack of large hazardous chemicals logistics enterprises with weak competitiveness,high storage vacancy rate,serious waste of resources,shortage of professional employees,and lower level of informatization.It is suggested a dangerous chemical logistics association should be established to standardize the logistics standards of hazardous chemicals,strengthen personnel training,and build an information management platform so that the development of hazardous chemicals logistics industry can be improved.
