坚持以解决新时代社会主要矛盾扎实推动实现共同富裕

Persist in Solving the Major Social Contradictionsin the New Era to Solidly Promote and Realize the Common Prosperity

党的二十大报告提出,中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化,并强调要紧紧围绕社会主要矛盾推进各项工作,这为我们研究解决社会主要矛盾与扎实推动共同富裕提供了根本指引。实现共同富裕与解决社会主要矛盾是建设社会主义现代化强国、以中国式现代化实现中华民族伟大复兴同一问题的不同侧面,都是党在新的历史条件下作出的科学判断与决策,都需要聚焦当前我国社会发展所面临的突出问题,都需要在党的集中统一领导下进行谋划和实施,都需要紧紧依靠人民伟力来解决,目的也都是为了实现人民群众对美好生活的向往。新发展阶段要求全面深入贯彻新发展理念,更加注重解决发展不平衡和不充分问题,以满足人民群众对美好生活需要为导向,以促进全体人民共同富裕为着力点,坚定不移推动经济高质量发展、提高发展的平衡协调和包容性,坚持以人民为中心的发展思想、在发展过程中保障和改善民生,通过新时代社会主要矛盾的不断解决来促进和推动全体人民实现共同富裕。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that Chinese path to modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all people,and stressed that we should closely focus on the main social contradictions to promote all work,which provides a fundamental guide for us to study and solve the main social contradictions and firmly promote the common prosperity.Achieving common prosperity and solving major social contradictions are different aspects of the same problem of building a socialist modern power and achieving the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.They are all scientific judgments and decisions made by the Party under the new historical conditions,they are all need to focus on the outstanding problems faced by the current social development of our country,they are all need to plan and implement under the centralized and unified leadership of the Party,they are all need to rely on the great power of the people to solve them,and the goal is also to realize the people’s yearning for a better life.In the new development stage,we need to comprehensively and thoroughly implement the new development concept,pay more attention to solving the problems of unbalanced and insufficient development,take meeting the people’s needs for a better life as the guide,and promote common prosperity for all people as the focus,unswervingly promote high-quality economic development,improve the balance,coordination and inclusiveness of development,adhere to the people centred development philosophy,ensure and improve people’s livelihood in the process of development,and by resolving the major social contradictions in the new era to promote and realize the common prosperity for all people.
